Defeating the monsters on the ice island:

first you must use your hook to make a slingshot. when the fire/ice balls hit 
the slingshot, they bounce bach and hit the faces. soon their faces crack. then 
make another slingshot, quick. then hop up so you can aviod the ice and water. 
then grab the monsters tongues and pull them towards you. then attack them. repeat 
on both heads. there may be more water/ice attacks, so be ready. when it's over, 
a bridge is formed go get the sacred metal. then you can go.
