Play as Arcee:

Successfully complete the Autobot campaign to unlock Arcee in
Escalation and Multiplayer modes.


Play as Slipstream:

Successfully complete the Decepticon campaign to unlock Slipstream in
Escalation and Multiplayer modes.


Easier Hard mode levels:
------------------------
Use the following trick to complete levels easily on the Hard difficulty
to get certain achievements. Successfully complete a level on the Easy
difficulty. Then, choose the final checkpoint for that level at the
level selection screen. Change it to the Hard difficulty, then complete
the remaining portion of the level again.
