Just like the others boring gardening methods. If you find a racket truck 
outside your house, make a noise by shooting at it until the back door of 
the truck open. Attack the enemy, take the money and go away, and 
interrogate the driver. Back to your house and save game. Get back 
outside, the other racket truck would possibly reappear and you can do the 
whole things just like before.
