At the Create-A-Sim screen, enter one of the following codes to activate the 
corresponding cheat function:

Astronaut costume 
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock the Astronaut 
costume.

Black Ninja costume 
Press Right, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Down, Left to unlock the Black Ninja 
costume.

Stealth costume 
Press Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Down, Up, Down to unlock the Stealth 
costume.
