Bonus Puzzles:

To unlock the additional set of bonus puzzles, simply finish all
the standard cities. Unlocking the bonus puzzles also unlocks the
Track Counter, which keeps track of how much track is used on each
puzzle, as well as how long it takes for all the trains to get to 
the goals.
