There is no arrow over his head, but you can talk to the guy. 
If you beat him in tennis, you get $500. At Alcatraz, you may 
see a baseball field. On the pitchers mound is a ghost pitcher. 
Talk and play baskball. You get $25 for each homerun.

the front of the truck and a whole bunch of money will appear.
