first of all defeat everyone in a royalrumble match by using randy orton or undertaker.
then finish all the stages that are available.
after that play a match between undertaker and randy orton by taking randy orton as 
your partner.
while you are about to hit the finisher press triangle twotimes,sqaure 4 times,circle7times 
and X once. you have to do this quickly and efficiently.
if it does not work for the first time keep on trying it
then whenyou will succeed randy orton will strike his RKO ulitmate in which he will smash 
the undertaker.
just reverse the operations , randy will strike neckbreak ultimate
