Turn A Gundam:

Fill up the Data Accumulation gauge at the "Educational Data/Analysis 
Situation" menu to 100% (the gauge has an image of a Mobile Suit next 
to it). Then, successfully complete the Side 3 Stage (level 10 Ki Mama 
Ni Hammer 50) to unlock the Turn A Gundam.
