This cheat works only on Seag Mega drive:

Cheat mode:

Press A + C on controller one and B on controller two immediately after 
powering on the Genesis. The sound of a crash after the TecMagic logo screen 
will confirm correct code entry. Use the following controller actions to enable 
the corresponding effect.

Level select:

Press Start to pause game play. Press C to display the level select menu, then use 
Left or Right to choose a new level. 

Invincibility:

Press Start to pause game play, then press B. 

Full health:
------------
Press Start to pause game play, then press A.
