Big head mode:

At the "Black Box" logo, hold L + R and press B, A, B, Y 
on controller D. If you entered the code correctly, the 
phrase "Oh Black Box Baby" will be spoken. All the players 
except for the goalies will have big heads.
 
Wayne Gretzky message:

Create a player and enter "Wayne Gretzky" as a name to see 
the message "Thanks For The Memories" appear over the player 
picture section.
 
Dale Hunter picture:
--------------------
Create a player and enter "Dale Hunter" as a name to see his 
picture in the "Edit Lines" menu.
 
Marty Reasoner picture:

Create a player and enter "Marty Reasoner" as a name to see his 
picture in the "Edit Lines" menu.
 
Ron Hextall picture:

Create a player and enter "Ron Hextall" as a name to see his
