Max out abilities:

During game, press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, 
RIGHT, B, A. Can only be used once per level. 

Sound Test Menu:

Hold A+B and turn on the NES, when screen comes up press 
start, hold A+B until title screen then press start again.
