To access a race track the shape of a race car, press 
the following at the  "Race Qualify"  screen: Left, 
Circle, Circle, Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Up, Right. 
At the "Circuit Select" screen is a new track,  the 
"Grand Champion Bonus Track."
