At the "Press Start" screen, press 
Left, Up, X, Up, Right, Y. If you entered the 
code correctly, the screen will flash. 
Then, start a new game and a list of levels to 
choose from will appear. 

Fireworks

Successfully complete the game, then enter the 
options screen and choose the new "Fireworks" 
selection.
