Rapid-fire gun

Begin game play on level 4 to get to the diagonal 
platform. Repeatedly press A to keep going on the 
platform and find a rapid-fire gun.

Avoid damage from falls
-----------------------
Pause game play just before hitting the ground. 
When game play is resumed, you will land without 
damage.
