Cheat mode:

At the options screen, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Back, Start, Back, Start, Y, A, 
Y, A, X(2), B to unlock all bonuses.

Invincibility:

Pause the game, enter the controller options, then press Down, A, Up, Y, Back, 
Start, Right, X, Left, B.

All upgrades:

Pause the game, enter the controller options, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, 
Back, Start, Y, X, A, B.

Completion bonuses:
-------------------
Successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock all of 
Gohan's, Vegeta's, Goku's, and Trunks' forms, as well as Broly, Bardock, 
Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha; and Pendulum Room mode. Successfully complete Story 
mode on the hard difficulty setting to unlock all sagas up to the Kid Buu saga.

Easy wins:

Throw someone, then when they go flying, do Galick Gun, etc. and it will kill 
them.

Easy energy blast hits:
-----------------------
When fighting a henchmen or Boss, get him within the view of the screen. You can 
do this when you are on the ground or in the air. Hold B when game play slows 
down and your character starts charging up a blast, then press L and put your 
aiming reticule on your enemy. Press Teleportation (Black). You will teleport 
directly behind the enemy while you are still charging up. Once you have 
appeared behind the enemy, immediately release B to blast your enemy at point 
blank range. If you want to be reckless, charge another one after he falls to 
the ground from the last attack. Teleport behind him and blast him again. You 
can do this repeatedly. Note: It is easier to do this when the enemy is 
distracted by charging up his own blast or doing any other attack that he may be 
trying to perform. Just hit him with this before he can make it successful.
Easy practice 
Set the game on two-player mode. Have the second player be Goku or Vegeta. You 
will win against him because he cannot attack.
Play as same character in Pendulum mode 
While at the character selection screen in Pendulum mode, have both players 
highlight the character you which to be the same as, then press A 
simultaneously. If done correctly, both should say their names at the same time. 
Note: The timing must be precise.
