View all FMV sequences: 
Choose the "Video Clip" selection on the options screen. 
Then, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up + Select + Triangle. 

All vehicles: Select "Road GP" or "Time Attack" mode. 
Highlight the "F D 7" on the vehicle selection screen 
and press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down + Select + Triangle.
