Only if you want to finish the game fast: 
During game play, press start. You should see the 
inventory list. Go to a blank square and hold down 
select and R2. Press R2 again to edit the amount of 
ammo you want for that weapon. During game play, press 
Start & Select button at the same time; you'll probably 
see the inventory list. Just go back to the main game 
screen and press Select again to activate the DEBUG 
screen which you can change from one level or scene to 
another.
