Press SELECT, L, RIGHT, B, L, R, LEFT. Then enter 
"weap" at the password screen. 

Auto Ammo
---------
Press SELECT, L, RIGHT, B, L, R, LEFT. Then enter 
"ammo" at the password screen. 

Invincibility
-------------
Press SELECT, L, RIGHT, B, L, R, LEFT. Then enter 
"god" at the password screen.

Cheats:
-------
At the Dark Side of the Moon Menu, press Select. Then press 
L, Right, B, L, R, Left. 
Enter the new Build Secret Base option, press A and enter any 
of the following "Codes": 

GOD  - Invincibility 
WEAP - All Weapons 
AMMO - Infinite Ammo 
HEA  - 200 Health Code
KEY  - All keys
FRE  - Freeze Enemies
ARM  - Max Armor
MON  - Radar Mode
COOR - Coordinates
