press "start" button seven times then press any button.

Shadow:

In Vampire Savior, highlight the random select box press "start" button 
five times then press any button.

Alternate Donovan:

First you must play in either Vampire Savior (secret version), Vampire 
Savior 2 or Vampire Hunter 2. At the character select screen, highlight 
Donovan, hold Start and press any attack button.

Alternate Phobos:

First you must play in either Vampire Savior (secret version), Vampire 
Savior 2 or Vampire Hunter 2. At the character select screen, highlight 
Phobos, hold Start and press any attack button.
