Win the Heroes Cup with a Gold Emblem to unlock the Sega Carnival track. Win the 
Babylon Cup with a Gold Emblem to unlock the Sega Illusion track.

The Bat, and Cream The Rabbit. Successfully complete the Babylon storyline to

Successfully complete 100 races to unlock E-10000G. Alternately, accumulate over 
fifteen hours of game play time.

Successfully complete the Hero storyline to unlock Shadow's Darkness jet shoes, 
Rouge's Temptation board, and Cream's Smile board. Successfully complete the 
Babylon storyline to unlock Sonic's Blue Star II board, Eggman's Egg-Rider 
scooter, and the Magic Carpet. Note: When you get the Magic Carpet the 
description reads "The ancient legendary gear!". However, it also has the 
ability to make anyone who rides it have the flying skill. Successfully complete 
Storm's, Wave's, and Jet's missions to unlock the Hang-On gear, Opa Opa gear, 
Super Hang-On gear, and The Crazy gear.
Play Storm's missions to find the following boards and repair manuals. 
Successfully complete Metal City: Mission 5 to unlock the Fastest board. 
Successfully complete Digital Dimension: Mission 5 to unlock the Fastest Repair 
manual. Get the Legend board in Babylon Garden: Mission 5 on a hidden rail 
behind a tower after the jet. Successfully complete Sand Ruins: Mission 5 to 
unlock the Legend Repair manual. Successfully complete Egg Factory: Mission 5 to 
unlock the Powerful Gear board. The Powerful Gear Repair manual can be found 
between two fly rings in Sega Carnival: Mission 5. The Turbo Star board can be 
found between two fly rings in the centipede part of Green Cave: Mission 5. The 
Turbo Star Repair manual can be found on a rail over the river in Splash Canyon: 
Mission 5.
