To unlock King or Queen, win all the game in Arcade Mode without using  
continue. If you're a man, you'll face the King, if you're a girl, you'll  
face the Queen. Beat them.

Unlock King's Court:

To unlock King's Court, beat King and Queen in Mixed Doubles, in World  
Tour Mode (level 5).
