press L + R + click Left Analog-stick + click Right Analog-stick.

Extra shotgun ammunition and ballistic damage chip:
On the level where you use the laser to shoot open the door, if you 
press the button after you shoot it open, the laser should move to 
the right. Press the button again and it will blow a hole in the wall. 
In there should be a shotgun clip chip and a ballistic damage chip.
