Unlimited Armies:

When you have 3 Risk Cards that you are able to trade in 
for reinforcements, (Example: cannon, horse, soldier), 
Push start. When the menu comes up, select "RISK CARDS." 
Next, select the cards you are going to trade. 
Push triangle to go back to the previous menu without 
returning to the board. Select "Risk Cards" again. 
Select the 3 cards again. Push triangle again. 
Repeat this as many times as you like. The more 
you do it, the more reinforcements you'll get. 
When your done, return to the board to place your 
armies. Not only will you have a huge number of 
armies, the Risk Card trade-in value will have 
increased by however many times you entered your cards. 

Bone Dice:
---------- 
To unlock the bone dice, you have to conquer two 
continents in one turn that you did not have a 
foothold in at the beginning of the turn.

Awarded for personally eliminating all five opponents from a game

Conferred upon a player who has beaten each of the 11 generals to win a game
