Unlock All Tracks:

To unlock all tracks, enter the Options menu and change the skill level
to Amateur and the trophy presenter to Male.  Press  Start to return to
the main menu, then press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left.
Go back to the  Options  menu and change the skill level to Pro and the
trophy presenter to Rider's Choice.  Press  Start to return to the main
menu, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right.  If  you
did the cheat correctly, you'll hear a sound like a cash register.
