First you should know where the cop HQ is. Down the rode to the right (facing road) just keep walking until you find a building with a giant H or V or something on it. There should be a dumpster next to it. Steal a car from somebody passing and bump the dumpster, it should fall under the sidewalk. Drive where it fell and then you should fall under it, too. Then you might fly up like you hit a giant bouncing object and land somewhere far away from the dumpster building. If you don't have the special cheat for "no life loss" then you'll die doing this. But still it's fun! Just to watch Tanner fall like an idiot... lol anyways i hope this works sometimes it doesn't though. Undead Man: ----------- Submitted by: Lilac When you get a "go cart" there is a special place in Miami to race in (There is also a Timmy there)if you get there just in time you will see another cart race by. Try to catch up with it. It's VERY hard to catch up with but maybe if you get ahead a little then he'll zoom past. Use a bomb gun (FORGOT WHAT IT'S CALLED) and when the cart blows up walk over to it. You should see a man still in the car. He's still alive some how. No matter how many time you shoot him he still doesn't die. Once you leave the go cart area then you come back the man will be up and racing again. So you can do it as many times as you like. But remember, HE'S FAST so try your hardest. I think the Timmy is in a control room but i'm not sure. I don't remeber. Anyways i hope you're able to find the go cart racing place. Because i can't remeber. I would tell you where it is but i don't remeber where it is. So good luck!
