Race as the Mechanical Cow

Go into  "Load"  in the options screen, and then go to the "Password."
At the password screen, enter the password LLLLLLLLLLLLLL.  Then press
X,  and  start a race.  When the race begins,  you will be racing as a
mechanical cow.
