Walkthrough:
------------
-get the paper on the table.
-get the yellow key right side of the safe.
-open the cabinet under the tv with the key.
-get the stick thing right side of the bookshelf.
-get the calender with the stick.
-put the calender on the bookshelf and get the book in the hole.
-open the book and get the blue key.
-open the top drawer of the desk and get the photo.
-enter "8359" on the safe and get the cd.
-put the cd in dvd player.
-enter "hakodate" on the pc
-the tall cabinet will open and get the "pass 2" paper and the 
 binoculars. (use stick thing to get the binoculars)
-use binoculars to look outside of the window.
-tyhe symbols means 8359 (this explains the first code-the values 
 of the symbols from your keyboard)
-enter "black" for the code on pc this time an get the present 
 from the bottom drawer of the desk.
-open the present and get the glasses.
-click on the door and escape with "good end"
