Level 1. La Mesa

5. Buy a truck and route it from the Mill to the Bakery
6. Re-construct the Dairy Farm, repair the road near the Dairy Farm
7. Repair the road near the Recycling Plant, the Shopping Mall and the Broken Bridge
8. Buy a Dumpster and add all available buildings (on the left side of the map) to the
   route of the Dumpster
9. Upgrade the Garage to the 1st star
10. Buy and upgrade a truck and route it from the Bakery to the Shopping Mall
11. Upgrade the Bakery
12. Reconstruct the river bridge
13. Reconstruct a Polyester Factory and repair the road near it
14. Buy a truck and route from the Recycling to the Polyester Factory
15. Repair the road near the Oil Derrick
16. Buy a Truck and route it from the Oil Derrick to the Clothing Factory
17. Buy a truck and route it from the Polyester Factory to the Clothing Factory
18. Re-construct the Fabric Factory and repair the road near it, near the Wool and

32. Upgrade Dumpsters to the 3d star
33. If there is any biohazard in the area demolish it manually
34. Upgrade the Grain Farm, the Dairy Farm and the Sawmill to the 1st star. Build 3

Level 4. Ukiah

3. Demolish the Sawmill in the right part of a map. Construct on a vacant after
   destruction place a Microchip Factory
4. Buy and upgrade to the 1st star a truck and route it from Upper Lake city to the
   Microchip Factory
5. Demolish a Wool Farm in the right part of a map. Construct a Steel Mill on a vacant
   place that youve got after destruction
6. Buy a truck and route it from the Steel Mill to the Microchip Factory
7. Clean the area near the Recycling Plant and construct a Fire Station there
8. Buy a truck and route it from the Microchip Factory to the Appliance Factory
9. Upgrade the Garage to the 2nd star
10. Buy a truck and route it from the Appliance Factory to the Shopping Mall
11. Demolish Recycling Plant in the left part of the map, demolish a Dairy Farm, a Mill
    and a Cotton Farm
12. Add all buildings in the left part of the map to the route of the first Dumpster
    (exclude all buildings in the right part of the map from its route), add all buildings
    in the right part of the map to the route of the second Dumpster (exclude all buildings
    in The left part of the map from its route)
13. Construct a Trash Collector in the left part of the map as close to the dwelling
    Houses as possible (Trash Collector should be placed close to the road)
14. Construct two Bus Stations (the first in the left part of the map near a Tech Station
    as close to the dwelling Houses as possible, the second near the Garage as close to the
    dwelling Houses as possible)
15. Buy two Buses, route the one of them from the left Bus Station to the Shopping Mall
    and the second one from the right Bus Station to the Shopping Mall
16. Clean an area and construct a Plaza and a Monument
17. Upgrade the Buses to the 3d star
18. Upgrade all trucks and production buildings to the 1st star
19. With a help of Block Upgrade button upgrade dwelling Houses near 2 Bus Stations to the
    3d star, if the level of Population still doesnt reach 200, keep upgrading other Small

20. Run a special event in the Plaza (Hot Air Balloon)
21. Buy a Bus and upgrade it to the 3d star. Then route the Bus from one of the Bus
    Stations to the Shopping Mall

Level 5. Soledad

6. Wait till the trucks deliver all goods available (Income 3300$)
7. Construct a Microchip Factory near the Garage
8. Repair the road from Gonzales city to the Microchip Factory
9. Route the first truck from Gonzales city to the Microchip Factory
10. Repair the Broken Bridge and the part of the route near it
11. Route the second truck from the Steel Mill to the Microchip Factory. Wait until the
    level of Income is 2700$.
12. Reconstruct an Appliance Factory
13. When 15 Gold pieces are delivered to the Microchip Factory change the route of a
    truck. Route the truck from the Plastic Factory to the Appliance Factory
14. Stop fire as soon as possible
15. When 15 Steel pieces are delivered to the Microchip Factory change the route of the
    truck. Route the truck from the Microchip Factory to the Appliance Factory
16. Upgrade the trucks to the 3d star
17. Repair the part of a road from the Appliance Factory to the Shopping Mall
18. Wait until any of the trucks deliver all goods and route this truck from the Appliance
    Factory to the Shopping Mall
19. Upgrade the Appliance Factory to the 1st star

5. Buy a Bus and route it from the Bus Station (the closest to the Shopping Mall) to the
   Shopping Mall
6. Upgrade the Houses near the Bus Stations with the help of an Upgrade Block Button to
   the 1st star
7. Clean the area near the Tech Station
8. Construct a Monument


Level 9. Vista

27. Clean garbage from the area. Repair all buildings
28. Stop Fire as soon as possible
29. Add repaired buildings to the route of dumpsters (choose Dumpster that cleans
    buildings nearby)
30. Construct 4 Monuments
31. Construct 1 Yacht
