Walkthrough:

-get the card on the table.
-get the crowbar under the bed.
-get the hammer in the cabinet.
-get the key behind the clock.
-open the middle drawer of the desk with the key and get the 
 binoculars.
-get the green bottle right side of the flower pot.
-break the bottle with the hammer and get the blue key.
-open the top drawer of the desk with the blue key and get the 
 mobile phone.
-click on the window with the crowbar and watch outside with the key.
-open the middle drawer again and click the center of the drawer 
 with the card.
-get the screwdriver.
-read the books.
-click at the right side of the bookshelf.
-use screwdriver to open the cover on the wall.
-get the paper.
-see the numbers "4649"
-enter "4649" on the pc and see the building.
-about item on the mobile phone.
-click on the middle button and you will see up and down arrows on the screen.
-for first question click up arrow once.
-for second question select the one with two characters. 
-Then press OK. 
-You'll be out with good end.
