Fast way to catch the 3 legendary dogs is by getting 20 repels.(any kind)
Then you get to the Guard post between route 11 and 12 is.  
That is the place where you use your repel in.  
Then you go to route 11 and run around there.  
Keep on doing this until you find the dogs.  
It only take about 1 to 15 minutes to find one of the dogs.
