Unlock Sub-Zero for Story Mode:

Hold WHITE and imput X,UP,DOWN,L,L,Up,BLUE after you hear a sound 
(in maximum 2 seconds)release WHITE.

Unlock Classic Mortal Kombat II:

At The Beggining of the Game, When you get out of the dungeon where Johnny Cage 
tells you to come and right before you meet Reptile, Stand there to get a perfect 
view of the moon. If you wait 1 min, you will see either a flying witch, either 
Santa or a Alien Machine. (Note that they appear once per 1min.)
