Hold Start + Block at the character select screen. 
The symbol of ying and yang should begin spinning. 
When you hear a voice, the character has been filled 
with his or her second outfit. Repeat for the third 
costume. Some characters will carry different weapons 
with different outfit.

Fight as Meat

Play and end the game with all the character's by selecting 
group all the time. After finishing fighting and ending the 
game with all the character's then start again fight by selecting 
group , Man You are looking a complete fresh soft meat
