At the main menu, press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Down, 
Up, Down to unlock all options at the "Bonus Features" menu.

Camera options:

Win all Challenge Cup events to unlock the "Flipped-cam", "Mashed-cam", 
"Oz-cam", and "Retro-cam" options at the "Bonus Features" menu.
