SP-1 mission:

Successfully complete mission 4 with an "A" or greater rank.

Every plane:

In the main menu, push L2(2), Right, R1(3), Left(2), R2(4), Start 
Every plane in campaign mode and two-player mode will be unlocked.

All campaign missions:

After using the ALL PLANES code, push Down, R2, R1, Up(2), L1, L2, L1, 
Start at the main menu.

All paint schemes:

Press Left, Right, Left, Right(2), Left, Right, Left, L2, R2, Square(3), 
Start at the main menu. Press Square at the hanger to access the new 
paint schemes.
