Unlock Harder Modes in World Tournament

After competing Story mode a second time and having take first 
place in the current level of difficulty in World Tournament 
mode, you can go to Mr. Popo's Skill Shop and unlock the next 
difficulty level in World Tournament mode. Beat Adept mode to 
unlock Hercule, Legend of Hercule mode, and Advanced level in 
World Tournament mode. Beat World Tournament mode to unlock 
Great Saiyaman.
