Zork - The Undiscovered Underground Light Source: ------------- You will find very soon after starting the game that your lantern is ready to conk out. (You get about 30 or so moves before it goes dark.) Unlike other Zork games, you do not need to find an alternate light source in order to complete the game. What you must do instead is to shake your lantern when it goes out. Apparently, this revitalizes the batteries in the lantern for a little while. The lantern continues to sputter and die periodically, so you will need to keep shaking it throughout your game (good thing it's short!).
