then type one of the codes, and hit "enter" again.
In multiplayer games, the cheats effect both sides.

Cheat Without Getting Caught:
-----------------------------
If you want to use codes to beat the game, but don't like to be ranked "cheater",
you can get as far ahead in the game as you want using cheats, then save your
game. Quit WarCraft II, then restart it. Load your game, then save it in another
file. Quit to the menu, load the second game you saved, and finish the level to
remove all stigmata.
Construct Buildings Faster:
---------------------------
To speed up development without using a cheat code, have some of your peasants
repair the building you're constructing.
Exploding Sheep:
----------------
If you click on a sheep (or other animal) enough times it will explode. This won't
do any damage to your enmies, but it is a mindless diversion.
Level select:
-------------

Obviously, use the number of the map you want. Don't type '1-14'

While playing game, save game. Exit to windows, go to save game and go to:

*You will have Maximum Gold, Lumber, Oil.
Attacking animals:
------------------
Use the attack command (do not simply click on them) and your people will kill
animals with one hit.
Animal kill:
------------
Keep clicking the mouse over the animals and they will eventually explode.
Note: The explosion will not hurt anyone else.
Hear different unit phrases:
----------------------------
Select a unit four times. Select it again to hear a different phrase. This may
be done on every ground unit, air unit, and heroes. Depending on type, four to
seven different phrases may be heard.
Sword from Warcraft:
--------------------
Build the human blacksmith and the highest upgrade sword from the original
Warcraft will be there.
Funny hints:
------------
When the dialog box tells you hints about the game, keep on clicking "Next Hint".
It will soon tell you things such as "Wear your helmet when you ride a bicycle"
or "Tell your friends to buy Warcraft II", etc.
Tons of gold:
-------------
At over 1,000,000 in gold, instead of displaying the amount of money you have
the game will show "*tons*".
Instant Mana:
-------------
Use someone's magic, such as the Fireball, Holy Vision, Runes, or Death Coil,
and press "Stop" immediately before they perform the spell. This requires
precise timing. Note: It is easier to press S to stop faster.
