You'll notice the colored border on the arena is the difficulty level, green being Easy, yellow being Intermediate, and reddish-brown being Hard. By obtaining a 4-star rating or a special marker, you'll recieve new Parts and Decals. There is no way to actually "beat" this game. If you finish Career Mode, you can just mess around in QuickStart or Race with 2 or more of your friends, etc.
