As you begin your game you aren't provided with any weapon. Now, go back the deep you may see a red peach eat it to fill your health. There you will see man in a boat he will speak some rubbish. Near that boat lays a wooden shield pick it up. In that village you may encounter many NPC's(Non-Playable Character) giving instructions. Just go near them and search for any weapon they have (going on trying you will surely get a very good weapon). The Wooden shield now you have is the best weapon found in that village so carry it and prepare for a fight with your mate who tests you whether you are capable for being a warrior. Before entering his cabin room you may find many weapons except the shield. But you already have one. Now get inside the room and thrash him in order to continue your quest. Know When to Fold Em...: ------------------------ Submitted by: DJ Simo The key to a low death count in multiplayer is to know when to run and seek food (or preferably a Blue Rune). Also a good understanding of the layout of each map really helps. Sal is one decapitation-happy sword- swinging Viking. Multi-player bonuses: --------------------- Use a text editor to edit the "runei.int" file in the "/rune/system/" folder. Locate the eight lines that resemble the following entry: //Object=(Name=RuneI.PlayerSarkSpawn, ''etc '' Remove the "//" characters from the start of all eight lines. Start a multi-player game to unlock five new Sark skins and three mutators. Recommended quests: ------------------- Do the "Black Knights Fortress" quest when you get 12 quest points. When you do this quest, you get 2,500 coins and 3 or 4 quest points. Note: You should probably be at least level 40 and have steel armor.
