Stage 9: Empty Cloud:

By far the trickiest stage in the game. Spent days trying to get throught
his level but without success until finally I realized what I was doing
wrong! During this stage extreme precision is required. Trust me in this
stage even cheats don't work!
In the planning stage you'll see the rooms where there are security cams
which you have to avoid. 'The Copycat' sees you and you are done for! So
go about your mission with pin point precision. First clear out the first
three floors of all the terrorists and free the hostages. Keep toggling
between teams so that you are able to burst into rooms from all sides with
guns blazing. You'll need to use the go-codes wisely. Check to see if all
the teams are positioned before giving go-code.
Finally after clearing out the three floors of the convention centre let
your teams position themselves at the four all important doors. There two
double doors at the ground floor leading to the basement and the two doors
at the first floor with 'Restricted Area' written on them. Check one last
time if your teams are positioned at their respective doors. Once done -
give go-code. This is the most trickiest situation. Kill all terrorist in
sight. Hostages in this basement region are most vulnerable. Finally kill
the guy in the monitor room. I guess he's 'The Copycat' (never identified).
If done accurately, be proud of yourself - you have done it!!
Note that you can reach the basement level through the male/female facility
area also but avoid. It doesn't help.
Trust me I tried to beat this level in the invisible mode (teamshadow), with
AI intelligence off (nobrainer), with victory conditions off (explore) but
nothing helped except the above said method. I hope I'm able to help someone
