Use the computer in Weird Ed's room five times. 

Alternatively, use the following steps. 
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; 
create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. 
Rename the "maniac.ovl" file to "maniac.exe". 
Run the renamed file.
