As it opens, there is some fighting between two troll kings, one is the real one, the other is an impostor. You must change the impostor back in human form. To do this, examine the magic wand from your inventory. At the top of the wand, you can see the letter "T", which obviously means "True". Rotate the wand so that you can click the bottom and change the setting to "F", or "False". When the impostor is thrown against the door, use the wand on him. The impostor will reveal himself - none other than Edgar from KQ4. Just then, Malicia appears and ruins everything. When she transports you to the center of the volcano, use your hand on the wall, and you will dig a hole that is large enough to climb through. At the Volcanix entrance, head north-west to arrive at the door. Approach it. Click on its left eye, right eye, and nose (in that order) and the door will open. When you get back inside, plug the mysterious device into the socket. Take it out again once it is fully charged and begins to blink. Use the flower on King Otar to wake him up. Once he wakes up, he starts fiddling with the controls. Elsewhere, Edgar has picked up Valanice, while Maab, Oberon, and Titania are doing all they can to stop the volcano from erupting. when Malicia appears and ruins the fun, use the mysterious device on her to turn her into an infant. Use the extra life on Edgar (or don't for an alternate ending) to complete the game.
