To craft the plan, Lowee requires 50% of the shares, and you must have a Small Whale Ball obtained from a Saint Whale in M-Frontier Cave with Add Enemies: On as well as 1024MB memory space. When you are ready, speak to Histoire in Lowee. Note: To get shares, complete quests and colosseum fights. Easy "Millionaire" achievement or trophy: ----------------------------------------- You actually need to have collected 100 million credits over the course of the game and not have that amount available. This number required represents the credits obtain by fighting monsters and selling items. To boost your progress, wait until you have a large amount of credits collected, such as before the final battle. Save the game, enter the shop, and purchase as many things as possible. Because the items purchased will not matter, target the most expensive ones. Afterwards, sell everything and repeat the process until your money runs out. Load your saved game and repeat process as many times as needed.
